Achieving planning permission on land is a risky and a costly process. At Oxford Land Consultants take on the full cost and risk of every project. In partnership with the landowner, we work out and agree a strategy and percentage split of the enhanced land value. In certain circumstances we can also buy your asset unconditionally and provide you with an overage or uplift, once the value is
enhanced.
